The principals of American Development Group and Langsam Property Services Corp., a Bronx-based real estate management company, have built projects together for over 10 years. Langsam continues to manage those projects. Langsam Property Services is responsible for managing over 300 buildings containing over 10,000 dwelling units and 300 commercial units. These buildings are located in the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and lower Westchester County. The firm is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), a standard of excellence in management conferred on it by the Chicago based Institute of Real Estate Management. It is among the few AMO®'s which have more than one Certified Property Manager (CPM®) directing property management activities.
